A multi million dollar Custom Hardscape and Outdoor Living Environment Company. Responsible for evaluatiion, implementation and focus of new software tools. Performed Needs analysis, adaptation and customization into reworking time consuming tasks into a more efficient workflow.

Responsibities included sales team training, establishing new models and templates to resolve inefficiencies. Responsible for configuration of software to meet sales, inventory and accounting needs as well as the policies and procedures for construction implementation. Responsible for research and development of new and existing tools which better served the streamlined business model.
